SERVICES
Manufacturing services.
Every material. Every method. As your custom microfluidics supplier, we take you from microfluidics prototypes to injection moulded microfluidics at scale — and ship parts to teams across Europe, North America, Singapore, and beyond.
How OSMS helps.
We help you pick the right process and material for your chip — alongside a production-ready strategy from day one.
BEST NEXT STEP
Upload and we'll recommend a path.
Send your design and target volume. We recommend a route that protects microchannel geometry and gets you to production efficiently — starting with 3D printed resins or PDMS for rapid validation, then scaling to thermoplastics when ready.
Our services.
PROTOTYPE
Prototype production.
From CAD to first parts — fast.
- 3D printing in biocompatible & engineering resins
- CNC machining in COC, COP, PMMA, polycarbonate
- PDMS drop casting in aluminium moulds
Typically 1 – 100 parts
PDMS Moulds›PROTOTYPE · PILOT
CNC machining.
Validate fluidic performance before tooling.
- Precision channels in thermoplastics
- Best for biocompatibility
- Material scale-up to injection moulding (COC / COP)
Typically 10 – 1,000 parts

3D printed microfluidics.
The fastest route from CAD to a working device.
- SLA · DLP printing
- Biocompatible & engineering resins
- Days, not weeks
Typically 1 – 1,000 parts
Upload design›FINISHING
Chip sealing.
Adhesive-free seals — channels clean, optics clear.
- Thermal diffusion bonding
- PDMS plasma bonding
- No glue, no contamination
VOLUME
Production at scale.
Class 7 cleanroom · ISO 13485 · 100k+ parts.

From orchestration to a sterile, packaged device.
One contract. One contact. We coordinate cleanroom manufacture, sterile packaging and gamma sterilisation under a single programme — all inside England.
STEP 1
OSMS
- Programme orchestration
- Single point of contact
- Powered by GB-Tech
STEP 2
Manufacturing & Packaging
- Class 7 cleanroom micro injection moulding
- Sterile packaging
- ISO 9001 + ISO 13485, in England
STEP 3
Gamma Sterilisation
- Cobalt-60 gamma irradiation
- ISO 11137 + ISO 13485
- England-based partner
STERILE PACKAGING
Two ways to package your device.
Pick the format that matches your application — clinical end-use presentation or fastest path to volume. Every option ships with a sterile barrier validated for gamma irradiation.
Blister packaging.
Thermoformed rigid tray with sealed lidstock. Highest level of physical protection for the device base layer and best presentation for clinical end-use.
Shaped sterile pouches.
Pre-formed Tyvek / film pouch contoured to the device. Lower unit cost and faster to scale, with sterile barrier maintained through gamma-validated seals.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inspected at every step.
Every device undergoes optical inspection and dimensional verification — ensuring channel geometry, bonding integrity, and surface quality meet specification before shipping.
Every material you need.
PDMS, COC, COP, PC, PMMA, polystyrene, and 3D printable resins — matched to your application and volume.
Applications we serve.
From diagnostics to drug delivery, we manufacture custom microfluidics across the field — explore by application.
Frequently asked questions.
What materials can you manufacture microfluidic chips in?
PDMS, COC, COP, PMMA, polycarbonate, polystyrene, glass and 3D-printable resins — matched to your application, optical and chemical requirements, and volume.
Do you make both prototypes and production volumes?
Yes. We cover the whole journey, from a single prototype (3D printing, CNC, PDMS) through to injection moulded production of 100,000+ units, with the same supplier throughout.
Do you offer cleanroom and ISO 13485 manufacturing?
Yes. Volume production runs in a Class 7 cleanroom under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, with sterile packaging (blister or Tyvek pouches) and Cobalt-60 gamma sterilisation when required.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Typically within one working day of uploading your design, including a design-for-manufacture review with a clear route, lead time and pricing.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. We offer a secure NDA workflow so your IP is protected from first contact, and we only share the minimum technical detail required to manufacture.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are based in the UK and ship worldwide, including across Europe, North America, Singapore and beyond, with full traceability.
